About us
From education to opportunity, on evidence
CareerCraft Connections is a Kenyan company that assesses students and places them on industrial attachment with verified host organisations, and helps graduates and jobseekers find internships and jobs they apply to free.
Who we are
Too many Kenyan students finish their classroom programmes without the workplace experience their course requires, and many employers would host a trainee if someone else handled the vetting, the paperwork and the follow-up. CareerCraft Connections was founded in 2025 to close that gap.
We combine a student-centred digital platform with the placement work behind it: checking documents, verifying host organisations, matching students to places, issuing placement letters and keeping a supervised record of what each student learned. Industrial attachment in Kenya runs within the National Industrial Training Authority’s attachment programme and the Industrial Training Act (Cap. 237), and our process is built to fit that framework.
We also help graduates and jobseekers find internships, graduate programmes and jobs, prove their skills with assessments, and keep track of every application they make.
Two routes, never mixed
Industrial attachment: we place you
For attachment, CareerCraft Connections makes the decision. A host organisation tells us how many students it can take and what the work requires. We assess and allocate. The host sees only the student allocated to it, never a pool to compare. If something goes wrong, the host or the student reports a placement issue and our team reviews it.
Internships and jobs: the employer recruits
For internships, graduate programmes and jobs, the employer runs its own selection. Applying is always free. Some roles are posted directly on CareerCraft Connections; others are collected from employers’ own adverts, and each listing says which it is.
How attachment placement works
- Create a free account and build your profile: your course, institution, year of study, county and the dates you are available.
- Upload the documents your institution and hosts require. They are checked automatically, and anything doubtful goes to a person.
- Request an attachment place. Where a place calls for it, you sit a short timed assessment.
- CareerCraft Connections allocates you to a verified host. The host does not interview you or choose between students.
- You see the placement fee before you pay, then pay through the M-Pesa prompt sent to your phone. Your placement letter is issued as soon as payment is confirmed.
- During the attachment you keep a weekly digital logbook that your host supervisor signs off. The skills in signed-off weeks become verified evidence on your Talent Passport.
What we will never do
- Ask you to send money to a personal number. Every payment is an M-Pesa prompt started from inside your account, and you get a receipt.
- Charge you to apply for an internship or a job.
- Let a host interview, rank or choose between students for an attachment place.
- Show a host your uploaded documents, assessment scores or payment history.
- Sell your personal data.
If anyone claiming to be from CareerCraft Connections asks you for money any other way, do not pay. Tell us.
What we stand for
- Competence over connections. Students and jobseekers are judged on what they can show and do, not on which institution they attended or who they know.
- Integrity. Fees are shown before payment, every payment has a receipt, and every placement decision is recorded.
- Partnership. We work alongside institutions, host organisations and regulators, not around them.
- Evidence. A skill counts as verified only when a supervisor signed it off or an assessment proved it.
