For agencies

Place talent at scale.

Manage multiple client mandates and candidate pools on one portal. Designed for placement agencies operating across Kenya — not a single employer, not a single role.

Built for the way agencies work

Most platforms are built for a single employer hiring for their own roles. The agency portal is different — one account, many clients, many candidate pools.

Multiple client accounts
Manage mandates across different client organisations from one agency login. No switching between separate accounts.
Candidate pools by mandate
Candidates are organised by the mandate they are being considered for — not mixed into a single undifferentiated database.
Mandate pipeline
Track each client mandate from briefing through shortlist to placement. Progress is visible to the account, not just the individual consultant.
Attachment and jobs — both supported
Agencies that place attachment students alongside permanent and contract staff can manage both tracks from the same account.
Assessed candidates
Candidates who have completed a CareerCraft assessment carry a competency score. Agencies can surface this to clients as part of the placement.
Team access
Multiple consultants on one agency account, each with access to the mandates they are working. Role-based permissions coming with the portal.

Agency accounts are coming soon

The agency portal is under development. Register your interest below and CareerCraft Connections will contact you when it opens — and may include you in the early access group.

Common questions

When will the agency portal open?: It is under active development. Register your interest and CareerCraft will contact you with a timeline and early access details.
We place both permanent staff and attachment students. Does the portal cover both?: Yes. The agency account is designed to support both the attachment track and the jobs and internships track from one account.
Is there a cost to register interest?: No. Registering interest is free and has no obligation. CareerCraft will discuss pricing when the portal is ready to launch.
We operate in multiple counties. Will that work?: Yes. The mandate and candidate management is not limited by geography within Kenya. Multi-county operations are exactly the use case the portal is built for.
