Common questions
- Does hosting attachment students cost us anything?
- No. The placement fee is paid by the student. CareerCraft does not charge hosts for receiving attachment students.
- We already take attachment students through our HR process. Why change?
- You do not have to. CareerCraft supplements your capacity — declare the slots you have and we fill them. Your existing relationships with institutions are unaffected.
- Can we interview the student before accepting them?
- No. The attachment track is a placement, not a recruitment process. CareerCraft assesses and allocates — you receive the student placed to your slot. If there is a genuine issue with a placement, report it and CareerCraft reviews it.
- How does the insurance requirement work?
- Students must present their original insurance certificate on the first day. Your portal shows a pending indicator per student until you confirm you have sighted it. Once confirmed, the student's full details (email, institution, course) become visible.
